"I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. I couldn’t use the computer because a guest reset the password. And the room had a funny smell. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I wouldn’t call it a 3 star hotel"

"Place was clean however not the best experience. During our stay on the second day someone came down and checked out but instead of checking them out they checked my room out. I had to call Hotels.com in order to get them to fix their mistake. Then on the day of my actual check out they couldnt find me in system and once they did it had me tied to the other guest who checked out. They kept thinking i checked in on Friday instead of Saturday and then kept i insisting they dont charge cards until check out even though I had my original receipt from checking in plus bank statement showing ive been charged. The staff were friendly and I know it wasnt something they intended to do but it was extremely stressful and took longer to get fixed then expected."

"We stayed for 4 nights during a softball tournament with many other teams also staying at this hotel. The hotel staff handled the situation like absolute professionals. Everyone was also very polite! We were able to swim, do laundry, get as much ice as we needed and feel comfortable!! I highly recommend this hotel."

"The owner she is very rude and her customers service skills suck. The room was full of roaches we requested to be switched to another room but she lied and made a staff member tell us they were sold out. Very uncomfortable to sleep with an infestation of roaches crawling around all night."
