The room next to mine had dogs barking for hours. No frills meaning no fridge shampoo hair dryer microwave all things that you would expect inn a chain motel.

Dogs barking all night long talked to staff about it and the staff member told me I can’t tell what side it’s coming from at the desk. My question is why didn’t you get up and investigate?

The room was clean, the bed was supposed to be a queen but it gelt more like a double and the towels were very small. The staff were kind enough to give us 2 extra pillows..It says it was a non smoking building but people in the rooms down the hall were smoking and it leaked into the hall way.

I was thrilled when i arrived 4 hours before check in and was told i could check in now! The front staff was wonderful. The property is undergoing renovation so i completely understand why the walls in my room were chipped and stained, however the actual room, as in the floors, the bathroom, the beds, were spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Shower water pressure was so bad I had to take a bath. I was unable to regulate the temperature in the room because air wasn’t working well. All other aspects of the stay was wonderful!

Whole place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Dog barking all night long down the hall, staff did nothing about it. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly at all. Literally just walking around barefoot in my room my feet were black with dirt within an hour. Room was small and the heat didn’t work properly. All around not worth staying at when there are other hotels in the same price range in the area

It is not legal to have your dogs in the car they spent two weeks in a room downstairs they wind and wanted to get out then I can afford anymore because I’m homeless with my dogs and my boyfriend got a room upstairs there’s no way my adult dog would make it down the stairs or wait in the elevator to go out to P in the morning he is a snow dog he sleeps in a snow pile if he could and a dog house being a car was a cushy lovely place to sleep and then when I woke him up keep it up stubborn car and not have to hold his bladder for some reason animal control lied and said that I was neglecting them
The prices were ok the staff wasnt very people friendly and my family did not feel welcomed there ..warno

Hotel booked only for one night so I didn't have to drive in the early morning hours in the pouring rain - was exactly what I expected for the price - nothing over the top but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The bed and pillows were clean and free of any debris. Unfortunatly the pillows were flat and the bed lumpy. The heater worked great. Tv worked as it should. There was a lightswitch when you entered the space that didnt work. The noise from other patrons and their pets was too much. Dogs on the floor barked everytime someone opened a door.
All in all I got what I payed for a cheap motel for one night of sleep. The employees I encountered were very pleasent though.
