"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."

"Lory and Max are warm and wonderful hosts. They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel. The location is tucked away and quiet but not too far from town. It made for an easy and peaceful stay when visiting the coast. "The cleaning was ok, the room is ok also, the shops are ok, the location is perfect, the only problem was the staff, when we arrive we stay an hour waiting for someone, to open the door, and that person was very rude with us."

"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"This apartment was centrally located. The bed was comfortable. No AC but the fans worked well. There are lots of stairs to get to it so not easy with luggage but not terrible. The host is very nice and easy to work with. "

"We loved that the property was away from the town. After visiting the town and all the activity - it was nice to enjoy the space and the quiet. Our host's were exceptional, breakfast was more then adequate. We sat and had a glass of red wine in the evening buy it locally.
Highly recommend."

"Helt ok rum, enda problemet är läget. Utsikt över bensinmacken. Angivet läge i hotels- appen stämmer inte alls, boendet ligger inte i Camaiore, utan 12 km utanför. Dåligt angivet!"

"The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!"

"Wonderful hosts and beautiful location. A great place for hikers and people who like to explore the nature and the woods. The town is small but the host can prepare a lovely dinner which I highly recommend. Very enjoyable stay. "

"Our stay at the Grand was amazing - staff was more than friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, and the restaurant completely amazing.
Highly Recommend!"
"Loved it. We wanted to stay in one of the cinque terre villages, but ended up here and we were SO glad. Take the ferry from Porto venere which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel staff will help you understand the ferry and times. Town of Porto Venere was one of our favorites."
"We stayed in 6 hotels in Italy. This was our favorite. Giovanni was the property manager. First, he met us at the parking garage and put our luggage in a motorized cart. He walked us through the small town to the property and pointed out a good restaurant. There is a set of stairs to the property. Then another set of stairs to the room. The property has a small lift for luggage.
The room was beautiful and nicely set up. We had a balcony. Not all rooms have the balcony but the view is over a courtyard. The breakfast included croissants, fruit, eggs, pastries, and yogurt. Giovanni was there to answer all our questions. We even met the owner. He was very proud of his property.
The town is so much quieter than the Chinque Terre towns. I'm so happy we stayed there. There is a castle at the far end of the street. There is a ferry that takes you to all but one town. Those towns are full of tourists. This town is a bit removed. We did lots of shopping here. And the food choices were excellent. We wish we had stayed here longer!!"
