A equipe de funcionários é mal treinada, pra consumir algo no bar do hotel, tive que ir na recepção e pagar o meu consumo antecipado, no bar não tinha uma máquina de cartão de crédito.

Cheio de mosquitos no quarto

Razoável. O hotel é muito grande e me colocaram no último bloco no 2º andar com escadas, eu estava com minha mãe de 76 anos. O quarto tinha muito mosquito, solicitei spray para matar mosquitos e o recepcionista informou que somente com a governanta que atende até às 16h. E fiz o check-in às 17:30h então não consegui matar os mosquitos nem outro travesseiro. não me hospedaria novamente. O check in e check out foram rápidos e o rapaz educado. Jardim bonito.

Muito bom Hotel conforme sua classificação de 3 estrelas, area de lazer, estacionamento, bar, ar condicionado, atendimento em geral, tudo excelente, apenas uma pequena observação na limpeza de rotina que poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas super recomendo , tanto para uma viagem solo, trabalho e familia. Com certeza voltaria mais vezes...não posso deixar de comentar o excelente café da manha..

Hospedagem média, o básico é entregar um quarto com banheiro, mas infelizmente a limpeza deles está muito precária. No banheiro tinham crostas de sujeira no box, nas paredes. A cortina mofada, ar condicionado bem sujo. Tinha ótimas lembranças da últimas vez que fui, mas caiu muito a qualidade. Café da manhã as opções são as básicas, senti falta de opções salgadas.

Localização boa; limpeza diária nos apartamentos, troca das toalhas a cada 2 dias e lençóis a cada 3 dias; infraestrutura o quarto é bem amplo com vista para o jardim bem bonita e preservado, o único ponto séria a iluminação externa da recepção até os apartamentos, em alguns pontos precisam de manutenção e mais pontos de iluminação; os interfones dos apartamentos não funcionam o que dificulta a comunicação com a recepção e o pedido no restaurante é preciso estar indo até o local; o café da manhã é regular, 2 vezes na semana tem tapioca (salgadas e doce), os pães e o café são bons, podendo melhorar somente o suco que são aguados e os danones que não é bom; os funcionários são educados e cordiais. Nós demais ela atende as necessidades com bom custo benefício.

O hotel possui um jardim e uma área verde muito bonita. Perto da praia, atendentes solícitos. A limpeza é as manutenções precisam de uma atenção melhor. As luminárias estão cheias de asas de bixos, faltam algumas pintoras nos quartos, caixas de tomadas com fios soltos. Café da manhã ok. Estacionamento amplo, Wi-Fi bom.

No primeiro dia chegamos cansado após 10 horas de viajem ai do lado do quarto tinha reforma com os trabalhadores com rompedores o dia todo!!! Olha q chegamos no sábado!!!! Quarto cheio de mofo lençóis rasgado a tv não funcionava eu com criança pequena querendo ver desenho foi muito complicado !!!!

Razoável, fiquei muito tempo aguardando a liberação do acesso ao quarto e só tive acesso á chave pq fui perguntar. Café da manhã e almoço razoáveis com pouca variedade. Piscina e areas comuns limpas e agradavéis.
