If you're looking for a modern and boutique experience, this is the place to stay. We were there for two nights, three days and really enjoyed our stay. The property is modern, clean and very no frills. The breakfast buffet and food options for lunch are terrific! We ate dinner at local restaurants, so can't really speak much on the dinner options. The location is nicely set back from the beach, however, it's about a 5-8 min walk down a road located in front of the hotel. Beach chairs are located on the beach for a small fee (third party provider). Easy in and out of town! Would definitely stay here again! Oh and a really amazing thing, they had our room available for early check-in!

Awful stay

The whole stay was unpleasant, I was a guest there and I had to serve myself most of the time. There is water in the room, but no bottle opener and I asked for one, they said I should bring the bottle down to open it. I sent them an email about my dietary requirements, nobody replied. When I asked they had to call the other hotel and they prepared something. I had no idea there was a sauna and steam room there, i only found it out when checking out as they were telling about it to another couple. So I could only use it after check out and not on the other days. When i turned on the shower it flooded the bathroom it doesnt matter which way the shower head was turned, very dangerous, because it made the bathroom slippery. I asked for a kettle, they said they will bring, but nobody did or cared or apologised that they didnt. When I checked in they said they will call me when my room is ready, i said sure no problem, my room was ready way before, but nobody cared to tell me. Great location, but i wouldnt stay there again.

déco quelconque...ça sent la peinture dans les couloirs...buffet en mode cantine, impossible d'avoir un jus d'orange au petit déjeuner. trop chère pour ce que c'est...il y a de la rouille sur la terrasse de la piscine au pied des parasols et transat. Si vous avez besoin de commander une bouteille d'eau le soir avant de vous coucher, il faudra descendre la chercher, personne ne vous l'apportera à votre chambre ! ça vaut un 2 étoiles pas plus ! heureusement que l'îles est belle et que les restaurants sont bon ! Rien à dire sur l’accueil, le personnel est très sympathique.

Excellent séjour dans cet hotel construit en 2016

Super séjour. Nous avons été surclassés dans une villa. L'hôtel est excellent, très récent et propre et Maria la directrice très agréable. La plage est toute proche. Une bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée serait un plus mais rien à redire.

Tolles Hotel mit wirklich super Personal

Sehr schickes, neues Hotel. Zimmer und Anlage sind super, viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen in der Nähe und auch ein nettes Restaurant ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders toll war das durchweg extrem hilfsbereite und nette Personal im Hotel.

Muy recomendable

Camas muy comodas, hotel muy nuevo y desayuno espectacular. Muy cerca de la playa pero sin acceso directo, hay que caminar unos 5-10 minutos y la primera vez cuesta acceder ya que no está señalizada. La zona un poco aislada ya que no hay restaurantes muy cerca, un día fuimos a punta Caletha a cenar a unos 20-25 minutos del hotel caminando y no estaba mal pero es caro. Un taxi a Vila bailera cuesta 10€, al aeropuerto son 14€. La playa es espectacular y no hay nadie por lo menos en diciembre. Recomiendo esté hotel por el personal de recepción un 10, y por las habitaciones y el desayuno otro 10.

Amazing hotel!!

Fabulous place. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, everyone is extremely sweet and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious, brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful flowers in the garden. Tasty breakfast buffet. We totally loved our stay and will surely be back!!

Wunderbares Hotel in Strandnähe und sehr sauber

Ich habe einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub auf Porto Santo verbracht - u.a. im für mich bestem Hotel! Sehr empfehlenswert, etwas abgelegen mitten in der Natur - und doch gleich hinter den Sanddünen in unmittelbarer Meernähe. Sehr sauberes und neues Hotel!

Ruhiges Hotel

Ruhiges Hotel wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstücksbüffet wird sehr auf Hygiene geachtet und alles wird in kleineren Portion frisch aufgefüllt. Wer keine Lust hat auf Hotelbunker ist hier genau richtig. Viele Restaurants haben einen Shuttleservice und das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotel-Team hilft bei den Tischreservierungen.

Great!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! We are very demanding in terms of room and bathroom conditions and they were very good. Ultra modern and sparkling. Having said this, the best asset of the hotel is the staff, nothing is too much to ask and everything is possible. There was no restaurant menu, but they will make something basic with ingredients available if you wanted to have lunch in or could order take away from a very good Italian restaurant. This worked for us. It is important to note that the beach is quite a walk away but we like to move around so this was no issue at all. It might be an issue with someone who has small children and/or needs to manage a pram. We will come back!
