"We stayed in a apartment for 5 nights. It was on the ground floor and it took us 1 min to walk from our room to the magical beach of Porto Santo. The room was big and cozy and it felt good to stay there. The breakfast was nice. The only negative thing about our stay was the fact the pool was close due to urgent repair work. This wasn´t known when we booked and we only found out when we arrived. The hotel offered no compensation was offer for this. But with the hotel being on the beach this issue...

"If you're looking for a modern and boutique experience, this is the place to stay. We were there for two nights, three days and really enjoyed our stay. The property is modern, clean and very no frills. The breakfast buffet and food options for lunch are terrific! We ate dinner at local restaurants, so can't really speak much on the dinner options. "This was an oasis for us after a rough four days. The staff works very hard, but not as effectively as they could. IT could be that we were there during the busiest week of the year for them, so keep that in mind. That said, check-in and check-out both took a long time - at least 30-45 minutes, coming and going. Hotel is easy access to shopping area with bike rental a 5 minute walk away. "Very old Hotel. We had an apartment in a building opposite to the main house on a hill. No luggage bring service. No weather protection. How do they handle handicap guests? Bathroom smelly with mould in the corners. Wind blow everywhere through. Buildings need urgently full renovation. Breakfast o.k."
