"Experiência frustrante. Chegamos e as cápsulas estavam sujas com pó de obra. É inadmissível e disseram que não havia ninguém para limpar. As tomadas USB não funcionavam. Tentaram nos transferir para um quarto inferior, sem banheiro. Meus filhos dormiram sozinhos num quarto sem banheiro, pois já era 22h. A "cozinha compartilhada" não tem utensílios, nem chaleira. O banheiro é minúsculo, transparente e sem privacidade. Pedi algo simbólico para o aniversário da minha filha e prometeram, mas nada...

"Café da manhã nos 4 dias a mesma coisa, variedade de pães e bolo, salgado muito pouca opção, o pessoal da recepção não sei o nome, mas são da parte da tarde, são excelentes, fica bem próximo ao terminal rodoviário e próximo ao Paraguai, um ponto ruim é que chegou ônibus muito cedo lá, aí acordamos bem cedo, uma dica, pedir os quartos do fundo, pq os da frente é bem barulhento, mas num todo o hotel e bom sim e nos atendeu."

"We had some issues with communication when making our reservations but they were resolved when we arrived, and were able to talk in person. We rented two rooms. One had a problem with the AC unit but we found out one of our children had left the window cracked open, and that kept the air conditioner off. We made use of the pool, the breakfast included with our reservations, and one evening meal. Overall, a pleasant experience. "

"Great value for money but don't expect too much. We slept well , only stayed a night, wouldn't want to stay any longer , feels tired and old , breakfast nice and English speaking staff were excellent & exceptionally helpful ."
