"Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

"Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers "

"Property was nice. Private room could use a mirror and a mini fridge but overall happy with my choice. Perfect spot if you want to check out the beaches on the west coast. Staff were all excellent. 4/5 stars because the food was not great on site. Cheers"

"Loved staying here, lovely property with nice amenities and not far at all from the inner city area, cruise stops, etc. you'll def a need a taxi unless you want a longer walk. The restaurant and bar is great too, staff is super friendly and helpful easily the bell guys. I would stay here again."

"Wij hebben echt een fijne tijd gehad. Het personeel is echt heel erg vriendelijk En waren erg leuk met mijn dochter. Zwembad is niet groot, maar omdat het hotel rustig was hadden wij daar geen last van. Bedden liggen top en de airco doet zijn werk. Er zijn geen telefoons op de kamer maar je kan rechtstreeks whatsappen met de hotelmanager. Wij komen hier zeker weten terug. Als ik dan 1 minpunt moet geven. Omdat wij dichtbij de receptie zaten en je telkens aan moet bellen als je het terrein op...

"Room was nice, once I stepped out my room I could see colorful houses, vibrant pool and the ocean to the left ! Water didn’t get too hot but can’t complain too much…was always over 80 degrees out !"

"The property overall is pretty nice. The pool, access to the beach is really nice. The buffet restaurant food is horrible and the other 4 restaurants you need to make reservations which is almost impossible cause it gets booked quickly. So its a lose lose situation. Your better off renting a car and driving to places you will enjoy and eat. The staff is overall mediocre. They are not all friendly and kind. They could careless if you have an issue.
