We were in the new section of the hotel, and while everything was very new in the room (which was great), it kind of lost a bit of the character of the rest of the hotel.
The location was great for the Termini station, and some lovely restaurants locally. The breakfast buffet too was very good.

Loved the location of the hotel, down a quiet alleyway.
The staff was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, calling for car service, etc.

The shower didn’t have doors so every time that we had a shower the whole bathroom got wet.
The place doesn’t look like a hotel.
