The staff is unbelievable nice. If you need to leave early, before breakfast starts, don’t worry. They will have fresh coffee and warm pão de queijo beginning 3am. Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower.

When you arrive, the first impression is that it’s a good hotel. However, upon check-in they charged a 50-real fee that wasn’t mentioned before. The bed sheets were smaller than the bed, and the hotel management didn’t help to solve the issue. During breakfast, one of the staff members started flirting with my girlfriend while I was getting food. Overall, my experience was really bad, and I will never come back. I hope other guests have a better experience than I did.

Ótimo café da manhã. Hotel passou por reforma há pouco e ficou muito bom, porém o banheiro do quarto que nos deram dessa vez tinha mau cheiro que acredito vir do ralo. Não podemos ficar com a Janela aberta devido ao barulho. Quartos dos fundos tem esse problema. Mas o que me surpreendeu negativamente foi o valor que pagamos por duas empanadas (cujo recheio estava congelado) e por dois cafés, um carioquinha pequeno e o outro que deveria ser com leite mas com muito mais café e ambos mornos... R$ 65,00.
