Ao chegar no hotel, o quarto que havia solicitado na reserva estava sendo usado, aonde me colocaram em um quarto muito ruim, e o atendimento pelo pessoal do hotel extreamente mal educado com o hóspede. Ao fazer uma reclamação que o quarto estava em desacordo com o contratado
