Top Portmore Hotel Reviews

ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the location and the staff were all great"

The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel

8/10 Good

"I cannot speak highly enough about the courtesy and efficiency of the front desk staff. I had a small issue with my room and the front desk staff requested housekeeping to take care of the matter. When I returned to my room later that morning, housekeeping had taken care of the issue and my room looked immaculate and inviting. I must also give a shout out to housekeeping who provided top notch daily housekeeping services. The food also is excellent and for soup lovers... I highly recommend the beef soup. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pegasus."

Pulse Rooms at Trafalgar

8/10 Good

"Good value for money and clean room. Nice view from window. However there is not really a hotel atmosphere in terms of a front desk who you can talk to. If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers"
