"I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. It was not extremely loud, but it was always there and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax and rest at night. Breakfast was poor quality. I tried dinner the first night, and the rice was clearly reheated and poor quality. They only offered chicken strips. I also found what looked like hair or towel fibers in the food, which was unpleasant. The price was far too high for the quality of the room and service provided. The only positive point was the housekeeping lady, who kindly helped me with ironing. She deserves the stars, not the hotel. I arrived at 1:25 PM, and although check-in was at 2:00 PM, they made me wait until 2:00 with no flexibility. Overall, I would not stay here again."
