Fabulous location and service but a little too pushy on the part of staff in front desk. Never understood the term “ resort” if they don’t have a pool, restaurant or bar in site.

Snow storm respite

We needed a warm place to stay and work while waiting for our power to come back on during a snow and ice storm in the area. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating even when we needed to extend our stay by another day.

The staff are incredible, exceptional customer service. They were attentive without it feeling “too much” and very personable. We’ve stayed at many worldmarks & hotels, and the customer service is easily the best we’ve experienced. Great location and appreciated having valet parking so we didn’t have to worry at all about secure parking. We were able to walk everywhere and it’s close to the bridges as well to be able to walk over to moda stadium. The deluxe studio was super spacious and the shower water pressure is unmatched!!!
