"We stay in room 129 and the bed was horrible The mattress desperately needs to be replace Didn’t even get under the blankets use a towel to cover up with I will never stay there again"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Felt like an nice area of town. Was close to Grand ole opry (but a long walk if walking and would say closer to 2 mile). Great breakfast with plenty of scrambled eggs and bacon. Only thing I missed was swimming pool (May 10th) not open when advertised on booking site as open from May. The hotel staff advised of mini bus service to downtown Nashville for $15 cash per person return. We availed of this and it was very handy with several times to go and return. Would stay again if I were back in this area."

"Did not appreciate that they knew the inn would be under construction yet no notice to make changes on our end. No voucher to grab something out, no discount on the room ."

"There was tree right outside of our window that we could hear the limbs brushing up against the windows because it was very windy. We were in room #403. We did inform the staff."
