Our room had a great view of the ocean and it was a great experience. It seems not all rooms have a view but they are all facing a well maintained walkway/green area. Really comfortable stay.

This was a studio apt with a murphy bed, full kitchen. Property is on the beach and provide chairs on the beach. Soft sand, but as expected the ocean here is pretty chilly even on Sept 1st. The management let us checkin early and were very accomodating. Also there is a nice, heated indoor pool with towels provided.

Loved it here! My room was cute and cozy not to mention so very close to the beach! It was awesome to just roll out of bed in the morning and walk less than 25 steps and be at the beautiful ocean. The lounge chairs were amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, having the kitchen was great. Loved my stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Right on the beach. Pretty clean rooms, very cozy, but the real draw is obviously being feet from the sand. Stayed here many times and will many more. They made accommodations for a later checkout time (only asked for 45 min) which was nice and let me keep my car parked for the rest of the afternoon.

At first I was shocked at having a Murphy bed in the room then got used to it! Being right on the beach is the biggest asset! People are from all over and are fun to interact with! The warm swimming pool was so comforting after being on the cool windy beach! Families seem to love this place! Grilling was helpful last night —even sat at a nice table to eat outdoors. Fun town to explore!

Wonderful beach access

Loved having such wonderful access to the beach. The room was a little strange with the murphy bed. THe lighting was marginal in practice. Also enjoyed not being in the thick of Old Orchard Beach town but definitely close by.

Wow! I loved staying here in my cute little studio style room which was like 12-15 steps from the beach! I had a Murphy bed that came out of the wall and it was cozy. I had a kitchen though it’s hard to turn down the nearby restaurants and snack stops. It’s a little over a mile to the pier but I live walking and it was an enjoyable walk whether by sidewalk or beach. The property is clean and well kept and they have lounge chairs for their guests on the beach! The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would totally stay here again!

I appreciate the staff staying late to check us in after 9pm. I didn't know we had to unload in one place and park the car in the other which was okay. The room itself was very warn and dated. There were spider webs everywhere and piles of dead ants. A few of the cabinet doors were falling off. The bathroom walls looked like they had black mold at one time. We could also hear every move the upstairs guests made and they were constantly moving the furniture which is understandable to some degree as the murphy bed and futon made it hard to move about the room. It's great for the beach access but I wouldn't stay here again.

I wanted to be ON the beach. We were on the street on the ocean side, and our unit was maybe 30 feet away from the sand. It was clean, easy free parking, a pool in the event it was too cold or raining. After check-out, the day was another beautiful day and I asked if I could stay parked in their lot and use their beach chairs and was told absolutely it's the best part of the day right now. After check-out, which was at 10 a.m. I stayed until after 1 p.m. The only reason I didn't stay longer was the long ride home to NH.
