In the past the front desk people were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well kept and prices were good. Lately there is dog poop all over the property (guess we are the only ones who pick up after our small dogs) most of the dog poop left are from big dogs!! Front desk people aren’t friendly, prices are very high and no amenities!!’

Front desk staff assigned me to a room at the very end of the hallway, next to building exit. All night long, 2am 3am 4am pleople exit thru this door, and it slams shut. Front desk doesn’t care when I mention the noise this door makes. They know about the noise this door makes because other hotel guests also complain. Anyways, anyways, the area around this hotel seems ok and safe. Hotel needs to replace the towels, they look really low quality and old

Felt the property had improved since my last stay, was unable to acess the wifi. Front desk staff, solo person at about 740 pm was not engaging in any way. If the property had better wifi I would probably ratenit higher, I stay for work.

Inexpensive, had microwave and fridge. Expedia customers apparently get the partially below ground rooms but we just wanted to sleep anyway. A bit noisy early evening but not fault of hotel, just rude guests. Water pressure and hot water is good, heater worked good and easy to adjust. Mattresses OK. A bit used with obvious depressions of previous customers.

Stayed with family after a cheer comp so we didn't have to travel back to Washington at night in a winter storm. Carmen was amazing Tina the head house keeper and Paola was amazing. Paola was still working when we checked in at 6:30 trying to make sure the hallways were clean.
