"The hotel is a mile from Portland Airport and runs shuttles every 30 minutes; we walked right onto one. The shuttle drive was friendly and helpful, as was the desk clerk. The room was comfortable and laid out well. The one problem was that someone had clearly used the room since it had been cleaned. The bedspread had been lain on, the pillows were organized for watching TV, and there was trach in the basket. To their credit, the front desk staff was horrified when we told them. I suspect this was looked into that same day."
