"The hotel overall was clean, and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained. However, there were several inconveniences that affected the stay. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain, which caused water to splash out onto the floor during showers, creating a mess. While the room did include an iron, there was no ironing board available, and there was also no hair dryer provided. The bed was too low, no quilt on bed to make you comfortable when the room got cold, you had to push up ac then it was uncomfortable being hot.
Additionally, the telephone in the room was not working, which meant I had to walk down to the front desk whenever I needed assistance. The food at the restaurant was very good. While cleanliness was a positive, the lack of basic amenities and functional equipment made the stay less comfortable than expected."
