"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. "From the moment we checked in, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was large with an excellent ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was brilliant. We only stayed for 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would recommend the Hotel Mariners to anyone "

"I’m always a tad concerned when others call a hotel quirky (what’s one person’s quirky is another person’s odd) but this word is very spy in a very positive way. "It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely. Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely. It was like being in a fairy tale. "An excellent modern hotel with unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. Our room was well equipped with a comfortable bed. There was a very good breakfast. We also had a couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant. The food was expensive but very good. Portions were however a little on the small size. The hotel had plenty of parking and was an easy walk into the centre of St Daivid’s. A much longer walk would lead you down to a little sandy bay. . "
