"We stayed 1 night, we were passing through (off season). Few guests, all quiet, morning breakfast alright, price was fair. Shower and restrooms adequate with soap and plenty of hot water, towels provided in good condition. The only issue i had was that this lodge was very far from the road, up a gravel road with no guard rails at all. Either it was not disclosed or i didnt find it on the website. Very scary getting up to the lodge after sunset, in the dark, dodging rabbits left and right."

"I had a very good stay at Springfield Motel. Amber was especially nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made a great difference. "Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for my teen son and I. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was nice and cosy. Well positioned too with easy access to town and on the way to Mt Hutt. Would stay there again!"

"The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
