"The rooms, though have that Italian charm element, definitely feel outdated and can use a renovation. Housekeeping dropping the ball on basic things like no complimentary water in the rooms. Also I find it very strange there are no coffee machines in the room either. Idk, it's not the worst hotel but certainly not possesing the same standards as other 5 star luxury hotels I've stayed at."

"Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear."
