"We had a great stayed at Senato Hotel Milan, beautiful and very clean small boutique hotel, beautiful foyer and nice outdoor garden, good size room, nice bed and very clean room, very good breakfast. All staff were very nice and friendly. It’s in a good location you can walk to the stores, restaurants etc, we highly recommend Senato hotel Milan. "Bad property and worse experience
The initial contact was to hold passport and take photo of yourself on their app that would not work. A real waste of time.
We were hoping to get in a bit early before 3:00 pm however were told they were doing maintenance and we could drop our bags off at Italianway location 15 minute walk from Central station. Dropped off our bags and wasted another 2 hours while they got ready.
Finally received a check in code/ app for residence at 3:00. App button got...
