"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell.
