"V. G. bed comfort. Breakfast menu was good. Housekeeping was fairly depends which NiVan cleaned your room. Sometimes they 4got. Sometimes they didn't replace condiments, milk, dishwash or leave enuf towelling. Housekeeping urgently need a daily checklist for each room. Most staff friendly and helpful. Wrong contact number in Manual for 24/7 Security. Even when Security Officer contacted using updated number they didn't answer or respond for help. Must have been paid to sleep on their shifts!...

"We were a couple in our 50’s. We had a lagoon view villa, the room was clean, a bit dated. Had a safe, decent water pressure in the shower and a bath. The toilet door did not close and had no lock, weird but a non issue for us. Would have been nice to have wine glasses and bottle opener, maybe a plate and a knife so we could enjoy snack on our deck. But we made do. Has a swim up bar and a few pools. They looked nice but too many screaming kids, we felt should not have been allowed in the bar...

"The location is ideal, a 2-minute ferry ride to downtown Port Vila. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was perfectly positioned #53. We had a view of the mainland and could see part of the pool area and the restaurant, but far enough away that the noise didn't bother us. I love people watching, so the constant flow kept me amused. "Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."

"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only.
