"Rooms: Our room with one king bed and a sofa was super nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable! While the room was newly renovated, there were a couple of minor issues, like the pullout couch mattress not having a cover and a piece hanging down in the bathroom. Addressing these small details would make the rooms truly perfect.
Safety: The hotel felt very safe during my stay. I observed that the premises were kept very clean, which contributed to a secure and pleasant atmosphere.
Walkability: While I didn't experience the pool area, I can confirm that the hotel is equipped with helpful elevators, making it easy to navigate the different floors.
Food & drinks: The buffet here is fantastic, easily one of the best I've had! For $19.50, you get unlimited access to delicious food and juices, making it a great value. However, be aware that while the menu advertises fruit smoothies as included, they are not. I was charged for mine even after pointing this out, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that menu discrepancy, the food quality is restaurant-level and truly excellent.
Noteworthy details: Overall an amazing stay! The room itself was lovely and comfortable. While I didn't get to try the pool or see the gym, the main things that prevented a perfect score were a few minor room details (pullout couch mattress cover, bathroom fixture) and the exterior, which could really use a renovation. Despite these points, everything else was fantastic!"
