Cabin i had was very old and the bathroom had a very strong small of mould. Air condtioner very noisy. I am aware there were other newer cabins available within the park. However great location with a great walking track for an early morning walk with all the bunnies!

Our cabin was comfortable and clean. The area on the whole is beautiful. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The grounds are lovely and beautifully kept. Peaceful location with lots of bird life and pristine beaches. Will definitely return. Thanks for a nice couple of days.

This is a really great holiday location for a family. We stayed for business (out of convenience) but it is a great location. The room and features are budget oriented but the room had everything most families would need. We were comfortable and warm.

Have stayed at several BIG4's around Australia and this was the most ordinary we have encountered. Reception wasn't the most inviting and going through the motions. If it wasn't for the extraordinary bay nearby, I would have stayed elsewhere. Live and learn. Glad the caravanners like it there.

Two bedroom villa was very quiet and comfortable but located at the rear of the property, so no sea view or sound of waves. But only a few minutes walk to several beaches.

We loved our stay at the two bedroom cabin, which was situated close to our friends and the playground. Facilities are great - we didn’t use the camp kitchen but that looked well equipped too! Kids loved the jumping pillow and go karts.

I come to this caravan park by myself, have done every year for the last 3 years. I choose to stay in a cabin and find them very clean, comfortable & affordable. Quiet place to stay & very close to the beach. Walking distance to shops, hotels & eateries. Highly recommended.

Basic kitchen appliances very good for families. Just need to do washing of the curtains- dirty esp the one in dining area. Looked like the mattress cover on those bunk bed were not changed. You can see hair from the pillows. You can feel coarse dust (? sand)on the bed. There’s were clean flat sheets so we used to cover those used bed stuff. It’s ok to remind clients to tidy the area before leaving but to empty all your bin prior to leaving that sucks. That is the responsibility of the staff. Why do you keep cleaning stuff in the wardrobe anyway, is that the purpose of it? Not sure if all the cabin are the same- even though it is budget accommodation cleanliness should not compromised especially with beddings. Anyhow, thank you for accommodation- it was impromptu booking anyway. Fortunately, only one night, I hope this serves as a reminder to improve the service.

Cabins were very nice, clean and comfortable, except the bed...very hard and noisy every time you moved, the bathroom could use an upgrade (many cracked and uneven tiles) the shower head was in need of replacing, (it was either too fast...like getting sand blasted or too slow and ended up a trickle) as could the rusty bottomed cooker. The new flooring was very nice, the location was perfect and nice and quiet. Apart from the small little things ( I know I'm just a little too fussy) we had a lovely stay. Beautiful linen on the bed, nice soft towels. I would not hesitate to come back here again in the future.

Great spot. Only a couple of things to improve… Bed not comfy at all and with the morning sun coming in under the blinds we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Woke with terrible back pain. TV didn’t work at all and wifi was useless but had plenty of our own wifi, so we just used that at night. Would stay again but bring a mattress topper. We did only have one of the budget cabins so don’t know if the more expensive ones might have been more comfy…

Park was in a good position. Facilities for Family holidays was very good. but The Villa was not up to standard,Bath room facilities were very old with shower over old bath (very dangerous) when stepping in and out. Tap fittings were corroding with enamel peeling off. There was a micro wave but no utensils for any food heating, it was not a setup for Adults only and should be called a family unit NOT a villa, and Tariffs should be adjusted. Far too expensive for what was offered.

The mattress on the bed was rock hard stayed for 3 nights in a cabin, not good for the back. Bit of mould in bathroom in corners by shower need to be cleaned a lot better and some maintenance in bathroom. Other then those problems the location was lovely.

Family friendly, accommodating staff. Only suggestion is the stove for the budget cabin to be upgraded as the current one doesnt really allow for proper cooking - takes too long to cook food.
