"Overall layout of the property was good, the bedroom was acceptable and clean. Problem with the Airconditioning which resulted in having to spend 3 hours in our room with 2 electricians in attendance. As an All Inclusive resort we were presented with 2 bottles of water in the bedroom fridge for the duration of our stay. Upon requesting more water we were told that we would need to purchase additional water, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Pool area fantastic, lovely lifeguard. Only downside was not much choice for lunch and drinks way too overpriced and even had to pay for water. (Thank god for the onsite shop and fridge in room) "

"Our party of 10 all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nereida. Reception were always very helpful and friendly, as was bar and restaurant staff. Rooms were very clean and well set out, with towels changed every day. Evening food in restaurant could be improved, but as we were out four of the 7 evenings this didn’t bother us.
