"Walls were thin. Heard the person next door being sick in his bathroom through the night. Sound also carries through the halls. Location of hotel suited our needs but lack of sleep completely turned us off from wanting to return."

"Lovely view, very disappointed with the room. Poor layout. TV was not in front of the beds. Terrible ācoffeeā station. Bathroom had a pedestal sink, no counter making getting ready (shaving, make up) very difficult as there is no place to put your bag/stuff. Only one switch in the bathroom to control both the fan and the light, so when the light was on, it sounded and felt like you were in a hurricane. Room was very ācoldā and stark. No elevator to get to the second floor."

"They double charged me for my room when I checked in. Lots of cob webs in my room. AC made loud noises and the vent to that looks really dirty. Staff was okay, but not helpful when I had to discuss my double charge."

"Our stay here was wonderful! We celebrated our anniversary and were upgraded to a suite which was huge and lovely. The staff were all very friendly and we appreciated the 24hr coffee bar in the lobby. Breakfast was quaint and having it delivered to the room is a really nice touch. We ate at their restaurant and they gave us an anniversary card which was such a nice touch. The location is excellent as it was only minutes from main attractions. We plan to stay here again next time and explore the...

"Itās a very clean and modern hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants a walk away from Clifton Hill. Lots of outlets to plug your phone or other devices. Itās all over which is great! Their bathroom is spotless and modern. Upscale looking. Carpets are new all over. Has a small fridge and a microwave on the main floor. We consider this a top rated hotel with very reasonable nightly rate. Would highly recommend it."
