"We stayed for one night before flying home. The level has a lounge with tapas, snacks and drinks which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly. We would happily stay here again."

"Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel. Breakfast was good value with great choice. Staff friendly and informative. A very enjoyable short stay. "

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again."

"This is my second stay, and it was even better than the first (and it is definitely not the last). While it's a full five-star hotel, it's not so big, so that it feels more like a club than an impersonal hotel. But it has all the necessary facilities. No fancy foyer or other trappings, but if you want a very quiet, clean comfortable room, in a friendly environment right next to the sea, with a terrific swimming pool, bar, restaurant, spa (small, but pleasant, and spotless), I'd recommend it. As importantly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, but not in a fawning manner. As it's quite small you feel you get to know each other over a few days. The only pity is that, on both my visits, the Sunset Bar was closed (but I was still able to go up with a drink from bar down below, to see amazing sunset, but no atmosphere, as no one else there). I am surprised May would be out of season? It's great there is no music by the pool during the day (unlike most other hotels) and you can hear birds chirping! At night the rooms are so quiet, and I slept the best I have ever, in any hotel. You can walk through their own gate into the sea - and the area is nice with some funky bars and nice restaurants. Yet, it's only about 25 mins by bus (leaves right outside the front entrance every 15 mins) to the centre of Palma, for 2 euro! And the airport bus only takes 15 mins and leaves every 30 mins (five euro). It would also be good to have some tea and other drink options in the room."
