Very comfortable, modern place with a pool a 10 minute scooter ride from the main town on Poros. There is a great bakery steps away....also grocery store and several dining options nearby.

Great choice

Met and shown around our room. Great location. Outside of Poros Harbour - 20 min walk. Good supermarket, bakery and several restaurants in walking distance. Pool very clean and good seating. Highly recommend for a few days stay.

Loved our relaxing stay at Kotsis Villas / hotel after several days of travelling . Nearby supermarket and bakery makes self catering easy . Hotel is situated a short cab ride from the port in a quiet area , close enough for a swim in the sea and then relax by the pool . House rules ensure that there’s no noise after 8 pm which suited us oldies . Great place to relax and catch your breath when travelling .

Our stay at Kostis Villas was wonderful from start to finish, and we owe much of that to Mr. George. **Communication:** George provided clear directions to the property and all the necessary information before our check-in, making our arrival seamless. **Transportation Assistance:** He also kindly arranged a taxi for us from the port to the property, which was greatly appreciated. **Warm Welcome:** Upon arrival, George personally walked us to our room and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. **Room Quality:** The room was lovely, featuring a kitchenette and was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. **Amenities:** The villa’s pool was sparkling clean and beautiful, adding extra enjoyment to our stay. **Location:** Kostis Villas is at a walkable distance from the center of Poros, where you can find an array of delightful restaurants and bars. Overall, Mr. George made our stay very pleasant to the last minute with his attentiveness and kindness. Highly recommend!

Great pool and friendly staff!

Stayed here for 1 week with my partner whilst on the island for a wedding. George the host was really friendly and helpful with information about the local area and help booking taxis etc. The rooms and pool area were always kept clean with fresh towels available. The room had everything you would need, including a strong shower, working air-con, a small kitchenette and comfortable beds. My only downside was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double, but that’s very minor. It’s super close to the beach and local shop. Overall would recommend for anyone visiting Poros for any length of time.

great place to rest and relax

Giorgos was waiting for us when we arrived and immediately showed us to our room, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in, and we've been guests in many hotels and guesthouses (including 4 and 5 star ones). The view was amazing from our balcony! There were two supermarkets on either side of the villas, so it was easy for us to self-cater while we were there. The beach is also a short 10 minute walk away. It was still too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. Too bad we couldn't go for a dip! Giorgos was very helpful even before we arrived and provided information about how to get to Poros Island and what to do while we were there. A very satisfying and pleasant experience overall =)

A lovely property situated in a quiet location but close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The pool area at the resort was very beautiful and clean. There were nice trees and plants in small gardens around the property.

Good size rooms, Well presented. Only small niggle might be quite hard mattress. Friendly proprietor and staff. Very helpful. Room and Pool area kept very clean and tidy. Well positioned, just a couple of minutes from the sea, watersports, beds etc. Two supermarkets nearby. Bike/Quad hire. (Quad, was great fun, excellent way to get around the Island) Several good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

Clean and family friendly

Great hotel! Felt very clean and family friendly. Not far from the beach and nice pool. The only negative, strange thing is the pool operating hours that says the pool is closed between 15 and 17 pm. Not very convenient because this is the time I would have enjoyed to swim the most. Therefore not getting top grades from me on service. Otherwise this is a really good hotel and I would recommend it, and also come back myself another time.

Καθαρό και ωραίο κατάλλυμα κοντά στη θάλασσα

Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και σχετικά ανακαινισμένα. Το δικό μας ήταν το family, πολύ ωραία και μεγάλη μεζονέτα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα που βρήκαμε ήταν ότι το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό. Το ότι ήταν στον επάνω όροφο για άλλους είναι καλό εμάς μας δυσκόλεψε ιδιαίτερα τις βραδινές ώρες με τα παιδιά. Θα ξαναπήγαινα αλλά σε δωμάτιο με μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ γνωστή με παραλία οργανωμένη και απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από την θάλασσα. Η πισίνα πολύ καθαρή και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ σχολαστικός. Είναι λίγο μικρότερη από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες αλλά δεν μας απασχόλησε. Το κατάλυμα δεν έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ αλλά βρίσκαμε εύκολα στο δρόμο ακριβώς από έξω. Στα 100μ σούπερ μάρκετ με τα πάντα!

Spotlessly clean with a great swimming pool. Also in an excellent location immediately adjacent to 2 supermarkets, a bakery and quad-bike/scooter/bike hire. Short walk down hill to the beach and a variety of restaurants and only a 15 minute walk into the main town/port of Poros. Great, relaxing place to stay.
