It appears there is some construction in progress as our room was missing all base boards and the tile in the bathroom was spotted with shower tile grout splatter.

When I checked in, the lady barely talked to me. She was upset that she had to change the toner in the copier. She did not wear a name tag. The room I was given needed some improvements. The clock in the room did not work. There were 2 remotes-one for turning it on and volume, the other for changing the channel. The bottom drawer on the cabinet has a handle on the inside of the drawer and it is falling apart. The handle on the sliding glass door on the shower is loose. The bathroom door frame needs a lot of paint and repair.

I arrived around 11:30pm front desk person was nice processing the reservation. The door to the room had to be jiggled in order for the lock to catch. Bathroom fixtures were broken or not there. Bedspread was stained, dirty. I believe the room has bed bugs...bites all over body. My eye was bitten n swelled up so much i could not open. I left at 6am...i paid over $60 for 5hrs of being bitten. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed about the TV. It brought up a screen about the wifi. I was not able to scroll through it to get to the TV stations. I tried several time without results.

Beware!
Although they appeared to be under renovations, our room had already been renovated and it was still nasty. Dirty rag on bathroom sink, food on the floor, brown stains on wall and baseboard in bathroom, literal trash down all hallways, hair on the sheets that weren't ours and the list continues. The only pro was the lady at the front desk was nice.

The mattress was one ofthe most comfortable I've ever slept on. The staff very nice, especially Leeman. Breakfast not the best but filling. They are remodeling and will be done in December so it was a bit messy. Room 213 not cleaned well.

Nice - Convenient Place to Stay
We have stayed here several time. They are upgrading the rooms and they are so clean and nice. They were having trouble with their toaster, when we were there.

Our hotel room had no chain lock. The clock didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken, being held with only one screw. There was old tissue in the sink. Overall the place was a mess.

The first room had not been cleaned since the last people had checked out. The bed closest to the door is broken. The sheets had what looks like it has blood on them. The towel rack fell apart when touched, put it back together, but, could be bad for the next guest Over all this is the last time we will stay at a Super 8.

The pet room they had us in originally which we told them we had no pet and they still tried to put us in there. It smelled God Awful and was dirty. We go back to front desk and she got rude with us and rolled her eyes when we asked to be switched. And asked about getting the money back on the pet room was ignored. Our next room was dirty but we just delt with it because it was late and she was rude.

There were people smelling on our floor and when we told the front desk she did not seem to care. The room was musty the chair was torn. The carpet was dirty. When I said something to the front desk - she said "well it is an older hotel".

It was the worst hotel I have ever spent a night in in my life it was dirty the lights did not work. The bathroom was a mess. The shower curtain was not large enough, so it was impossible not to flood the bathroom. The beds were not fitted correctly to the box springs it it was a horrible experience. The staff was very nasty. I was traveling with my two service dogs and they were very nasty about that. Also, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed here before and thought it was decent for the price, must be the difference between staying downstairs (which was on) and upstairs. The bed was a seesaw. Literally would completely tip. I ended up grabbing covers off the bed and just sleeping on the floor. Shower was dirty, room smelled terrible. Checking in I got there at shift change, and neither acknowledged I was standing there for atleast 3min. The night shift lady wasn't rude when i finally started checking in, however I will never stay at this place again, and strongly urge anyone to reconsider.

The ceiling was leaking water from the room aboves toilet. There was a dirty plunger outside our room on the room door the whole time and a old broken toilet sitting in the hallway. The outside doors didnt lock and we had strangers knocking out our door looking for women in the middle of the night. Trash was on the floor next tonour bed from the previous guest
