"Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot.
One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via...

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom.
Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at.
Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist.
Breakfast was well stocked and varied.
Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"Hotel is next to train station, new building , clean and convenient if traveling by train. Arrived around 1:30 and the staff mentioned that there is another room ready for extra fees of additional 30 euros with breakfast. I said I wait, then she tried to push me to buy the breakfast and I told her I don’t need it to because I’m leaving early on a tour. Anyway, after 3:30 the room was ready and it was a nice room."

"Room was very clean and the AC worked great...VERY important in Naples. It is located feet from a major subway station and yards from 100 souvenir vendors. The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. If we return to Naples, we will definitely consider staying here again. Nothing bad to say!"
