"This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. "Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. "This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced).
