"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"

"Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "

"Hotel com aspecto de velho. Não tem opção de almoço ou jantar. Não tem espaço kids. Área ao lado da piscina que poderia ser utilizada como área extra de lazer com playground, quadra de esportes ou outra ideia estava coberta de mato. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos. Café da manhã básico poderia ser melhor. "

"Very nice hotel cost effective "

"I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me. "

"This hotel is near food, stores and the beach. The bathroom is small but the rooms are a good size. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very helpful kind and friendly. The breakfast area is small and often very busy. "
