"Every thing. No manager on duty when we arrived. He was at the beach. Waited 90 minutes to get a room. No hot water in the shower. Power went out the first night. Water went out the 2nd night. Total apathy on the part of management. No breakfast in the morning. No extra blanket. Air conditioning out. We were alone, no staff or other guests. Loud noises in the middle of the night. We left after 2 nights. "

"O hotel é pequeno mas o quarto em que ficamos era enorme. Fomos em um grupo de 5 (3 adultos e 2 crianças) e nos acomodou bem, além de ser pertinho de várias opções de restaurantes. Fica bem pertinho da praia também, infelizmente tinha chovido e não tivemos como aproveitar mais. Achamos os produtos disponibilizados no banheiro, da L'Occitane, um luxo só. "Infelizmente quando cheguei na quarta-feira a piscina estava muito suja, com lodo, muita sujeira mesmo. A gerente chegou a dizer que estava limpa. Só sexta-feira foi limpar, e tava tão suja que não conseguiu limpar direito. Ainda tinha algum lodo. Quanto aos funcionários, são excelentes, muito educados e simpáticos. Restaurante excelente. Café muito bom. Quartos ótimos. Só lamento pela piscina e escolhi o hotel por isso. "

"This has to be the most beautiful Pousada in Brazil that I have stayed in. The floral decor compliments the cozy 3 story structure perfectly. There are 2 bars on the property plus an indoor & outdoor dining area & poolside. My wife and I stayed here fot our 24th Wedding anniversary & we were treated like royalty. Granted we were the only guests for the weekend but rhe staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach where there are many beachside barracas or...
