"Room very clean and smelled great! Check in process easy and very communicative from staff. Was only there for a night with early am flight but they made sack lunch/breakfast for me which was thoughtful. Best part in the lobby there’s a kitty he run the place :) Will definitely book again "

"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. "Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."
