An excellent hotel

Easy to find on the edge of the village centre. Plenty of on site parking. Pleasant reception with helpful staff. Our room was at the rear and faced the mountains. It had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The room was adequate, clean and had efficient aircon.

Tres bon hotel, direi eccellente

Non sono habituato a mettere delle recensioni sugli alberghi, perchè di solito, trovo degli alberghi "normali". Quello che mi è piaciuto, é stato spratutto appena entrato ho trovato una signora molto sepmlice e coretse, che mi ha dato la voglia di fare questa recensione. Sono salito in Camera, tutto perfetto, pulito, camere ben isolate, purtroppo la cucina era chiusa. Avrei voluto passare un'altra notte, ma purtroppo, dovevo andare. All'indomani, al check Out, ho rincontrato il proprietario Alessio, anche lui molto cortese, veramente, sono rimasto colpito dalla giovane età di tutto lo staff, e si vedeva che il loro lavoro li piaceva. Sono Italiano, trasferito in Francia per lavoro, e vongo spesso in Italia per lavoro, nella zona di Aosta, purtroppo, questa è stata la mia prima volta in questo albergo, e sicuramente sara il solo in quello che ci andro d'ora in poi. Non poteva andare via senza prendere il nome della signora della reception (lei si riconoscerà, me lo tengo stretto solo per me....) Unica pecca, sui biglietti, non hanno pensato a mettre il numero di telefono internazionale, potrebbe essere un problemino, ma il sig. Alessio a pensato bene mettere di mettere a disposizione un numero whatsapp che garantisce la massima disponibilità. Avete capito che lo raccommando molto, moltissimo questo albergo, non vi aspettate a vedere la luna in quel albergo, ma io, mi ci sono trovato molto bene per una sola notte.

Hotel accogliente dopo una giornata sulle ciaspole

Hotel comodo per visitare l'alta Valle del Lys. L'hotel Crabun si presenta molto bene e al check-in personale molto gentile. Abbiamo ottenuto due camere spaziose è in ordine. Buona colazione con vasta scelta e cappuccino del bar. Qualche problema per la cena , non per la qualità dei piatti che sono veramente ottimi, ma per i tempi di attesa fra una portata e l'altra. Abbiamo scelto la trote dal menù ma erano già terminate alle 19:30!!!! Hotel consigliato anche per il comodo parcheggio.

Lovely Hotel in the Aosta Valley

We arrived early. My husband had a shoulder injury and needed to lie down in a cool comfortable room. The manager graciously accommodated us. The Crabun is lovely and clean with excellent ac. Just what we needed. The little town of Pont Saint Martin was a magic surprise. I was tempted to opt out of the next destination and just stay for an additional week. Loved it.

Sentirsi a casa!

Hotel recente, ben tenuto a conduzione familiare, con camere molto ampie dotate di balconcino, molto ben insonorizzate, pulite con climatizzatore molto valido. Comodo parcheggio interno e posizione dell'hotel molto favorevole in quanto è a due passi dal ponte romano e dal centro della città. Personale alla reception cortese e molto disponibile per fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per un valido soggiorno. Prima colazione (a pagamento) con salato e dolce discretamente assortiti ma di buona qualità. Peccato che non ho potuto usufruire del ristorante, di cui mi era stato detto molto bene, ma quella sera era chiuso e comunque alla reception mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e valide per trovare un'alternativa che mi ha soddisfatto. Difficilmente in hotel con ristorante sono così disponibili su questo tipo di informazioni e questo è certamente un merito di questa struttura. Se mi capiterà di certo tornerò.

Un albergo molto carino, che permette grazie ad un tessera per entrare e uscire dalla stanza e ad un parcheggio interno di libero accesso la massima libertà negli spostamenti.

Lovely clean hotel in great location

Lovely hotel, great location 5 minutes from the motorway. Good food in the restaurant but menu is quite limited. Was fine for us including two fussy kids.
