"While the room was clean and the hot springs were wonderful.. there was a lot left to be desired in the staff. While friendly on the surface, a lot of grumbling under their breath. It was unfortunate that the 13+ rules were never enforced.. allowing little kids there. The infinity pool and cascading ..."
