"Internet was not great. The ac in the room was an issue. Everything else was fine."

"We did not have breakfast included, but I tied the continental breakfast once. They had lots of choices. Room was clean, the staff was amazing by the pool area especially Jaime the tall bartender. We have partial Oceanview and was not upgraded as well."

"It had a pool. It was clean but didn't have time to go. It does have a Gym and a Casino.. Everything you might need is at walking distance. Castillo Serralles might need an Uber or taxi. Níspero Restaurant is very good and their service is excellent. It is a 15 min stroll from the hotel by foot. Other places for lunch or breakfast are near. Ask Google for other choices."

"Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far."
