No outside lighting, no parking even though mas promoted; no towels, a/c timer when off in the middle night; no water, terrible experience

I submitted a complaint to my American Express, I did not stay. There were no water in the building and room We were not contacted in advanced and when arriving the landlord or custodian indicated that no water was available. Due to a health condition, I can’t be in a place with no water or an alternative. I called them again and indicated I was not staying without water
