Hotel di Ponce Centro

"There was no hot water"

"Mejorar el recibimiento del huésped y la comunicación."

"The balcony was the best part and location. It needs still an update in some things like the mattress. Stairs are long and it has street noise. No air conditioning in the kitchen, and living room, but it has a fan. Beware of some mosquitoes and it is like an old building, not renovated. Comfy sofa bed!"

"We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. "

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

"Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible. La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso. De todo lo demás fue excelente"

"Nice"

"🙂"

"It needs an update and a better mattress."

"We did not like the property at all. It was very dirty. Bathroom tub had grime on the sides. Floor had lots of hair from previous renters. Living room does not have AC so it was very hot. Day bed "white" cover was dirty, floors and bacony dirty. There was a small pool in the courtyard, host said we needed to pay $30 if want to swim in it. So we did not as it seemed riduculous. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not...

"It was a old rundown apartment building not worth half of what we paid."

"it was OK however just a little stairs to go up three floors was so narrow, and the TV was in top of the stove. It was just not professionally done really just trying to make a quick buck."

"Solo debe de mejorar el cambiar la nevera que es muy pequeña y el aire no enfría los cuartos"

"Good place to stay for business, not vacation."

"The facilities were reflective of the island of Puerto Rico - very tropical, friendly bilingual staff proud of their jobs and entitled of being ambassadors. The location ideal for shopping, tourism and enjoying local restaurants with a typical cultural menu."

"Me gustó todo Recomendado"
