Really friendly communication leading up to our arrival, and sorted out a room change before our arrival after a maintenance issue to ensure our stay was not disrupted. We were so grateful! Clean and well maintained space, plenty of room for a family of five. Really well placed for the Pompei ruins, and walkable distance to the train station and Pompei centre, and a local supermarket."

The only negative thing is there was quite a bit of black mold in the shower. Everything else was very clean. "Great hotel in a good location! Hotel is slightly dated but clean and all staff friend and helpful, and a really good breakfast! In the summer you have to book the pool (for 2hrs) only and cannot use it after you have checked out, which I wanted to do before heading to the airport but since they were not full they said it was ok"
