"This was a step up from places we usually stay and I was a bit disappointed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Dark roast coffee in the morning was out. When my husband turned the shower on the lower shower head was previously turned on and pointed outside of the shower which got him and the floor wet. However the room was comfortable, clean and easily accessed and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional"

"1st, I'm guessing you have to request to have your room cleaned, but don't tip the maids like I did after requesting it and they never cleaned the room. 2nd, their phones were down all week. 3rd, you have to call from your cellphone to request towels which they bring up the first time. The second time I had to go downstairs to pick up my towels. 3rd, my wife almost fell in the shower after grabbing the safety bar (inside the shower) which fell off.
Inconsistently disappointing me. They have a new manager and probably a different staff from last year. On a good note, they have free coffee. "
