"Apartment was fabulous - could not fault (although the hairdryer was so caked in dust that it overheated after 30 seconds of use - we cleaned it and it was fine thereafter). There was a lack of communication initially despite messaging through Expedia and then WhatsApp. No check in instructions received until we were outside the property. Paid to check in early and paid city tax but no receipt given. We were then awoken the following morning to a lady at the door asking for us to pay again....

"I was looking for a studio where I could cook myself, and this was not it. Yet Im happy I choose this place as it was nice and with a warm pool and very good breakfast. Very well situated to travel ny train, both from airport/Gdynia and to the Hel peninsula. The information that all accomodations have cooking possibilities should be changed though and as it can be somewhat crucial it does take one star off"

"A 24 hour disk or call center is required as their office closes at 18:00 and if arrived after their working hours will be impossible to check in smoothly and no one will answer the phone or any sort of communication till next day at 10:00"
