"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The carpet was faded and discolored giving the room a shabby look. The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down when the evening temperatures dropped. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a bedroom and a second room with a massive conference table Nd 6 huge heavy chairs. I would have preferred keeping my double room with a view. The location was wonderful, just yards away from the Crane."

"We really enjoyed our stay, which was perfect for tourist activities in Gdansk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us purchase train tickets, advised on timing and the layout of the train station. The rooms are very nice but small. Toiletries in the bathroom were high quality."

"We loved the ambience of the hotel. The rooms were quirky. Location in a quieter part of town which suited us. Breakfast good. Beds comfy. The shower was a little awkward to use due to the angle it was located and was also disappointed not to have a safe in the room. We loved Gdansk and would definitely stay in this hotel again if we returned"
