"We arrived early and were delighted to hear our room was available, but when we checked in there was 1 live and 1 dead roach in the room. A shocker for a 5 star hotel for sure.
When we notified the staff, they were kind and responsive but only offered to clean the room and spray bug spray. We pushed them to offer us a new room and then they proceeded to offer us 3 options that were all downgrades from our room location.
We will not be back."
"The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily.
However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach...
