10/10 Excellent

"I liked the location. If you want less tourists atmosphere this is a perfect location. There’s a beautiful beach close by. The mall is next to the hotel and a bus trolley you can ride the entire day for $6 by the mall if you want to go to Waikīkī. It’s a very nice hotel."

"Understandably it is hard to manage all the property effectively each day. The workers did a nice job cleaning the outside areas and organizing them daily. But we did notice a lot of sand and debris making it throughout the property. Our room floor was a little dirty to begin the stay. For the size of the resort, the single workout area was small and always quite full. It can be a challenge to use it effectively. The convenience of all the amenities and shops was nice to have. It was a little disappointing to have to pay for seemingly every little extra thing. We thought some things like beach chairs would be an included amenity for the price. Overall our stay was good."

"Great location . Spacious rooms and clean. Be prepared to pay $65 parking and tight corners to parking lot, but convenient location. Good eating out at food truck, and much cheaper than hotel buffet @ $100.00 per person. Swimming pool not worth it, as it’s too mall for the massive crowd of the hotel. It really needs two or three other swimming pools. But free beach chairs and body boards for kids while supplies last. Staff is friendly."

"Close to the beach, shops and shuttle pickups for tours. I liked the refillable bottles and stations as I also brought my own refillable water bottles, however I wished they had more on other floors (as going down to the first floor can get very busy at times) as well as ice machines on every floor would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
