"The property itself is fabulous. However it is located in a quite shabby neighborhood. I had no trouble while I was there, but it didn’t seem particularly nice and safe. I loved the property itself."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didn’t work, despite being advertised. We tried reaching out via WhatsApp — no response. But the real nightmare happened when we returned at 2 a.m. during a heatwave and found the electronic door lock wasn’t working. We were...

"This is the worst property from the worst agency that I ever got. In the post they have parking available with spaces, when you get there your surprised by a big lie as the hole area is residential only 24/7 and any parking around is 30euros / day. Best part is that we booked the studio with lovely pictures, got there just to be surprised that there was no keys left for us, had to waith geom 11.30pm to past midnight for them to give us a different one, nothing to do with pictures, broken things,...

"Our stay at this Hotel was brilliant , from the time we checked in to checking out everything was 1st class. The Gym is very well equipped and clean , shoers,lockers towels. There is also a steam room. Indoor heated pool and spa. Breakfast is included with some packages and although more expensive than other hotels was very good.Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a courtesy bus that runs throughout the day into rhe heart of Thessaloniki , great service. The rooms areclean ,modern,spacious and well appointed. Atm located in foyer. A very pleasant 7 day stay , suitable for business people , couple , tourists. Would highly recommend , one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed at."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. We believed that the spa is included in our stay Overall, it was a nice short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. "
