"When I checked in they gave me the keys to our room, which was actually someone else's room. This feels like a huge safety violation to the people who were in the room we got the keys to, and a safety concern for my family who entered someone else's space. We were put into a new room. And it was disappointing for a hotel with two restaurants in house not to offer a breakfast. Also, you may want to look into the soft decking..."
